Hello! Welcome to Halcyon Tears. As you may notice, there isn't very much activity on the site. At the moment, we are working on upgrades and repairs to features before item updates and events can be made.

People are still free to post on the forums. We would just like to make it clear that the site is heavily under construction right now.

If you would like to know more or would like to help out in any way, please contact Razumi Yazura for more information.

Group Theory in the Bedroom, and Other Mathematical Diversions
by Brian Hayes

He's an excellent essayist... I just finished with some Carl Sagan and Oliver Sacks. I'm more of a math and science type person. That's not to say that I read a lot of science fiction. I suppose, for me, the only books in the way of fiction are murder mysteries.

X I just finished Atla Shrugged by Ayn Rand, Woot!! that thing was a brick, but I'm glad I read it. I don't totaly agree with her philosphy, but I'm definatly more for it than against it.

Now for what I'm going to read next: Cirque De Freak, A Living Nightmare by Darren shan. I got interested in it when I read the manga version, and hey after such a serious read I want to read somthing purely for fun.

X I'm starting Redwall by Brian Jacques. Weirdly enough, my mother mailed it to me and said she's read it.

I'm also reading The Origins of the Second World War -_- but that's for class, even though it seems good.
